tnAchieves TN Promise community meeting, 3 - 4:30 p.m., Student Center Commons, Dyersburg campus

Description of Volunteer Activities:

Learning Resource Center (LRC)/Library Building
Check book shelves for accuracy, rearrange books on shelves, design and
create new bookmarks and fliers, create displays, create history book display,
permanent posters, reprinting and relaminating signage

Maintenance Building
Helping inside with maintenance work orders, working outside picking up
 trash and tree limbs, working in flower beds, washing physical plant vehicles, moving furniture
(Please wear long pants, leather type shoes or boots, long sleeve shirt, gloves and a hat or cap.
You may also want to bring your own water jug)

Check book shelves for accuracy, work on bulletin boards, clean computers in LRC and computer labs, assist with computers in Public Library, work on displays for the TCPL and DSCC LRC, shredding, rearranging books on shelves, assist with one on one computer training

Helping inside with maintenance work orders, working outside picking up trash and tree limbs, working in flower beds, washing physical plant vehicles, moving furniture (Please wear long pants, leather type shoes or boots, long sleeve shirt, gloves and a hat or cap.
