Help Desk
The Help Desk is available to answer questions about registration or online classes. The Help Desk staff also reset student passwords, help with MyDSCC issues, help in navigating Microsoft Office 365 including student email, Zoom connections for instruction, and assistance with DSCC technologies.
DSCC Password Resets can be done by calling or stopping by the DSCC Help Desk. Students may reset their passwords remotely by going to Microsoft Office 365. (Instructions for using Microsoft Office 365 may be accessed from link below.)
