In 2017, the Eagles baseball team finished the season with a staggering 48-9 overall record. DSCC Baseball won the TCCAA Championship, Region VII Championship, East Central District Championship, and earned a trip to the Alpine Bank JUCO World Series held in Grand Junction, Colorado. The Eagles finished the season ranked #2 in the NJCAA National Rankings. Each year, multiple players win post-season athletic and academic awards, making DSCC one of the most sought-after Division I baseball teams in the state.
