Fee Waivers & Discounts

Forms will be open for submission each semester on the following dates:

Fall Semester: July 15

Spring Semester: December 1

Summer Semester: May 1

*Employment Verification must be signed and dated no earlier than the specified date for each term. Forms submitted prior to the specified date will not be processed. A new form is required for each semester. Forms will be processed until the last day of classes for the corresponding term.

Tennessee state employees and licensed public school teachers are eligible for a fee waiver that will be applied towards tuition and fees. Dependents of TN state employees and licensed public school teachers are eligible for a fee discount that will be applied towards tuition and fees. Dependents are considered children and spouses of the employee.

Discount and fee waivers are calculated as “good faith” reductions to tuition & fees (as applicable). If it is determined at a later date that a student is not eligible for the discount/waiver, the student will be invoiced and responsible for the amount of the discount/waiver.
