Relaxation
Relaxing is an art which many of us have never learned. It is easy in this culture to find ourselves caught up in the busy-ness of school and work and family and all of our other activities and then wonder why we are so exhausted. In learning to relax, we will learn to rest, to rejuvenate, to be ready for whatever comes next. Not learning to rest or relax, however, can lead to serious consequences physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
