Dyersburg State Community College (DSCC) encourages applications to its Eagle Access Program for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  This is a grant funded program through Tennessee Believes and the Tennessee Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. DSCC is the first and only community college in Tennessee to start a comprehensive transition and postsecondary program (CTP).  The program is designed to help students gain independence, increase employment training and skills development, and increase their socialization skills.
