President Bowyer Receives James T. Rogers Distinguished Leadership Award

Dyersburg State Community College (DSCC) President Karen Bowyer received the James T. Rogers Distinguished Leadership Award from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) on Dec. 6.

Each year the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) recognizes individuals who have demonstrated outstanding service or exemplary leadership to SACSCOC by giving a James T. Rogers Distinguished Leadership Award. This award is the highest public recognition given by the Commission and is reserved for those individuals whose service to SACSCOC is truly distinctive.
