Inmates Celebrate Graduation from Dyersburg State

The Northwest Correctional Complex in Tiptonville held a graduation ceremony to celebrate the class of 2021. Inmates who graduated earned their Associates degree at Dyersburg State Community College (DSCC) in Business Administration.

Dyersburg State offered a two-year program for incarcerated students to earn a degree through the Governor’s Correctional Education Initiative (CEI) grant with a three-week Bridge Program and a 5-semester Business Administration transfer degree to 50 students at the West Tennessee State Penitentiary (WTSP) and the Women’s Therapeutic Residential Center (WTRC).
