DSCC Alumni William Woods Signs with the Atlanta Braves

Dyersburg State Community College (DSCC) alumni William Woods of Trenton, TN advances to the Major Leagues.

The Atlanta Braves announced a call up for William Woods from Triple-A Atlanta Braves affiliate Gwinnett Stripers. Woods was drafted in the 23rd round (682nd overall) by the Atlanta Braves in 2018 following his second semester with DSCC Eagles Baseball under the direction of Coach Robert White.
