She is kind, courteous, professional, and responsive, and I would describe Dr. Johnson as people driven. I have found her compassion, kindness, work ethic, and leadership acumen impressive and refreshing, and I am excited to see the future of Dyersburg State with Dr. Johnson on our executive leadership team,” stated President Cook.

Dr. Johnson earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in May of 2023; a Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah, GA, in 2009; a Bachelor of Nursing from Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, FL, in 2007; and an Associate of Applied Science in 2002 from Dyersburg State Community College.
