ATA Presents $500 Check to DSCC Foundation

On Dec. 1, the Dyersburg State Community College (DSCC) Foundation participated in the 24-hour GivingTuesday731 fundraising campaign in collaboration with The United Way of West Tennessee. The Foundation raised $1,437.94 plus an additional $500 prize, sponsored by Alexander Thompson Arnold PLLC (ATA), for having the most monies contributed during the 8-9 a.m. timeframe. Contributions will benefit the College’s student food pantries and emergency relief funds. On hand to receive the $500 prize check from ATA were (from left) Dr. Karen Bowyer, president of DSCC, and Alexis Long, marketing director at ATA.
