The College-Level Examination Program® (CLEP®) is a credit-by-examination program, sponsored by the College Board, which gives students the opportunity to earn college credit by earning qualifying scores on exams. CLEP exams are computer-based and administered on computer at Dyersburg State Community College’s Distance Education Testing Center. DSCC charges a $25.00 administration fee for administering the test. This is due the day of the test prior to taking the test. To test, you must visit the CLEP website and register for a test. Once you've registered and have the exam ticket, you can then Schedule your CLEP Examination at DSCC.

Proctoring is a service provided by DSCC’s Distance Education and Learning Resource Center Departments. A proctor is an approved person responsible for supervising a student or students while they take a test. At DSCC, proctors are used by faculty to verify the identification of students taking tests and to ensure academic integrity while students are taking those exams. Proctoring is available at all three College locations and an appointment may be scheduled by visiting the link below.
DSCC is an Authorized Pearson Vue Testing Center. This means that DSCC can deliver select Pearson Vue examinations across many disciplines such as exams from Cisco Career Certifications, National Registry, Oracle Corporation, and CompTIA.
